LL-TECH · Distributed by SOLECOVIA
Build durable pavement structures from in-place materials —
no asphalt, no heating, no harmful emissions.
Pavement Technology
LL-TECH is a pavement structure technology developed by LANDLOCK and distributed by SOLECOVIA. Validated on civil, industrial and military projects — including infrastructure approved by the United States Army, one of the most demanding compliance frameworks in the world.
LL-TECH builds pavement structures directly from in-place materials. The structural layer provides high load-bearing capacity and very low permeability, limiting water infiltration and reducing damage from freeze–thaw cycles.
Traffic can be restored often within 24 to 48 hours — without bitumen, without heating, without harmful emissions.
Our Mission
Road infrastructure carries resources, connects communities and supports the economy. When these arteries weaken, costs surge, interventions multiply and regions become isolated.
Our mission: roads that are faster to build, more durable and more stable — with a reduced environmental footprint.
Key Advantages
Reduced construction timelines. Traffic restored often within 24 to 48 hours after treatment.
Less material importation and reduced heavy transport. Uses existing on-site materials.
A stable, durable and water-resistant monolithic layer. High load-bearing under heavy traffic.
Performance maintained in wet and hot conditions and through freeze–thaw cycles.
No thermal impact during installation. No bitumen, no harmful emissions during deployment.
Integrated UV protection limiting aging from sun exposure. No asphalt dependency.
Complete System
LL-TECH replaces asphalt-based logic with a monolithic, dense and water-resistant structure. The technology stabilizes and binds granular materials and soils to create pavement designed to last for several decades — including under heavy traffic and in severe climatic conditions.
Deployed internationally in more than 35 countries, LL-TECH has been used for road projects as well as military, industrial, mining and logistics infrastructure, where structural performance is a fundamental requirement.
Supported by rigorous technical documentation, standardized testing (ASTM, AASHTO) and multi-year field observations across the most demanding contexts in the world.
Field Applications
Whether using granular materials, gravel, natural soils or on-site recycled asphalt, LL-TECH maximizes the use of existing materials and limits importation.
It integrates seamlessly into rehabilitation projects and full reconstructions, with structural performance stable despite water exposure and seasonal variations.
Urban and rural roads built or rehabilitated with in-place materials for faster, lower-cost delivery.
Forestry, agricultural and mining access roads engineered for heavy loads and harsh conditions.
Maneuvering areas and staging zones requiring high-load durability and low long-term maintenance.
Documented deployments validated by the United States Army — one of the world's most rigorous compliance frameworks.
SOLECOVIA deploys LL-TECH to build road infrastructure that is durable, high-performing, proven and environmentally responsible — even in the most demanding contexts in the world.
