LL-TECH is based on a soil stabilization technology using polymers specifically formulated for road infrastructure applications. The resulting pavement structure generates highly cohesive infrastructure, providing high bearing capacity, long-term durability, and remarkable mechanical resistance.

Unlike traditional paving solutions, the technology retains controlled flexibility with shape memory capability. This property allows it to absorb mechanical and thermal stresses without failure, while maintaining the structural integrity of the pavement.

Intelligent Viscosity

A product that adapts to every stage of the worksite

At Rest: High Viscosity

The product is naturally thick when not mixed — perfectly stable, without flow or migration into the soil. Full control prior to application.

During Mixing: Low Viscosity

When mixed with water and subjected to mechanical agitation, viscosity drops rapidly. The product becomes highly fluid, penetrating deeply and uniformly coating soil particles.

After Compaction: High Viscosity

Once mixing is complete, viscosity increases again. The polymer stabilizes and forms a dense, cohesive, durable matrix — strong, stable, and resistant to long-term stresses.
